Door-to-door car transportation
Door-to-door means we collect the car from your address and deliver it to your destination address wherever access allows. Large carriers cannot enter every street, basement parking or gated society, so where entry is restricted we agree a nearby loading point with you before the pickup date. This is decided in advance, not on the day of pickup.
Interstate and intercity car transport
Long interstate movements run on scheduled carrier routes between major hubs such as Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai. Shorter intercity movements are often added to a carrier already running through your route, which usually shortens waiting time. Route and carrier availability decide the pickup date we can confirm.

- Hatchbacks — standard carrier space, usually the lowest cost slot on a route.
- Sedans — longer body, positioned on the carrier to use length efficiently.
- SUVs and MUVs — need extra height and length, so carrier planning matters more.
- Premium and luxury cars — low ground clearance handling, and enclosed carrier options where available on the route.
- Non-running cars — can be discussed in advance, as they need winching arrangements.
How your car is handled
Inspection
Before handover, the visible condition of the car and the odometer reading are recorded so both sides have a clear reference at delivery.
Loading and securing
The car is driven or winched onto the carrier deck, positioned, and held with wheel chocks and straps suitable for the carrier. Handbrake, gear and clearance are checked before the carrier departs.
Transit and delivery
During transit we track the carrier's progress on the route and share status updates. At the destination, delivery is coordinated for the address or the agreed unloading point, and the car is handed over after a condition check.
Documents you should keep ready
Generally the registration certificate (RC), a valid insurance copy and a photo identity proof of the person handing over the car. Requirements can change with the route and situation, so our team confirms exactly what is needed for your movement.
